Jennifer Palus has managed both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of marketing programs for more than two decades. Her career spans a variety of industries, including retail, wholesale distribution, consumer goods, financial services, and consulting. Her specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, trend analysis, data management, business intelligence, and marketing communications.

Jennifer began her career in the buying offices of Target Stores in 1987. She was responsible for the inventory productivity across multiple product categories. In 1990, she developed and implemented the video and audio catalog of Ingram Merchandising Services, a start-up division of Ingram Distribution. While at Day Dream Publishing fro 1993 to 1996, she pioneered vendor management inventory processes in the seasonal calendar category for Wal-Mart, Target, Sam's Club, Office Depot, Waldenbooks and other national retailers.

Shifting away from retail, in 1996 she joined Pictorial, a financial services training and software provider, to establish and codify their marketing and advertising approach. Similarly, while at the consulting firm Whittman-Hart (later marchFIRST) she was responsible for all aspects of branch marketing.

Jennifer created and managed a consulting practice within RAPP from 2000 -2004. In 2004, she became a freelance marketing consulting and she has worked as team member (through RAPP and other agencies as well as directly with clients) on dozens of marketing consulting engagements, including projects for Aegis, American Greetings, Best Buy, Famous Footwear, Converge Direct, Didit, H-E-B, Harrah’s Entertainment, Harland Clarke, Hewlett-Packard, Hollywood Video, Humana, Hunt Big Sales, Mercedes Benz , The New York Knicks, Novartis, Sam’s Club, Select Comfort, SunTrust, Synergetics, Time Warner, Walmart, and White Cloud.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business; she graduated with highest distinction in 1987.
