Recommendations

I worked with Jennifer on a technical project requiring detailed training. The training developed needed to be clear and concise and reach the needs of a very broad audience. We were developing 'self paced' training and needed it to be engaging and brief. Jennifer built an entire suite of training modules that were self paced. She did this quickly and relatively inexpensively, and yet we are STILL getting feedback that this is the best training our users have ever seen! Jennifer is perhaps one of the most multi-talented people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She led us through the development of new processes and workflows, documented ideas with clarity, drove us to think through options, and make decisions. She then switched hats and developed, nearly single-handedly, all training material we used for the entire global program. The training reviews were exceptional. She even learned a new application to make training run self-paced without breaking the bank. She delivers everything on-time, and cares deeply about accuracy. She pressed the whole team to do their best work in an attempt to meet her high standards. We really enjoyed working with Jennifer, as her sense of humor kept us entertained along the way. Jennifer Palus is an amazing partner. Jennifer is exceptionally talented. She's a strong communicator and a creative and strategic thinker. She is a master at building complicated templates and runs massive excel spreadsheets with grace and ease. It's rare to be able to describe someone as "brilliant", but Jennifer actually is. I truly enjoyed working with Jennfer, she has a great sense of humor -even under the most extreme pressure. We often worked late on projects with short deadlines and she always went the extra mile, with a smile and sometimes would even throw in theme songs to old TV shows!
